Poolism is a small, independently run site, so there’s no ticketing system or support desk on the other end — just a real inbox that gets read.
We read everything that comes in. There’s no guaranteed turnaround, but a clear subject line and enough detail to act on both help.
What’s useful to include
- Which tool you’re writing about — the Handicap Calculator, the Diamond System Calculator, whichever one — and what you entered into it.
- If something looked wrong on a page: which page, and what device or browser you were using.
- If you’re suggesting a new tool or a format we’re missing: what it should calculate and roughly how.
Before you write in
Worth a quick check first: the tools page lists what every calculator does, and The Journalcovers technique, equipment, and competitions in more depth. Neither one replaces a coach, a league official, or a tournament director for anything that matters — Poolism’s tools give estimates and general information, not rulings.
How this site is funded
Poolism is supported by the ads on the page, not by a subscription or by selling your information. Anything you send by email is used only to answer it.
